New York

HOC, IF YOU'RE READING THIS. COME HOME. CALL US. WE MISS YOU, AND WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A big man can admit when he's wrong. And you know what guys, Trey's a big man. I just knew New York was going to be this big, rat-infested, dumpy, wasteland with cold, unfriendly citizens. Boy was I mistaken. We've been staying at Hoc's place in Brooklyn and people have been so friendly and sympathetic about Hoc. The residents of Park Slope do a good job with the upkeep of the neighborhood. Sure a lot of the buildings are old and in need of a facelift, but the neighborhood looks fairly neat and clean. I hate the circumstances for my being here, but there's an undeniable buzz around here that I really dig. Hoc was right, New York in kind of neat.

Good call, bro. Now come home!!!

As the family is aware Hoc is missing. I should have mentioned this on the website sooner, but I've been busy in New York helping out Ba with the police and Morgan Stanley.

  • Morgan Stanley contacted Ma Monday, November 3, 2003 asking if she knew Hoc's whereabouts.
  • He had not reported to work Friday, October 31, 2003 or Monday, November 3.
  • She contacted Joe. Joe contacted Judy asking if she knew his landline at home.
  • Judy could not reach Hoc.
  • Judy and I cried and waited.
  • We met at Ma and Ba's house later with Tommy and Melissa. Judy and I decided to spend the night at Ma and Ba's.
  • Tuesday morning Ba decided to fly to New York. I bought 2 one way tickets for us.
  • We have been staying at Hoc’s apartment since Tuesday.
  • I have been working with the police, media, and the Head of Global Security at Morgan Stanley to try to locate Hoc.
  • I was advised to not disclose too much information. There have not been a great deal of developments, but I do not want to jeopardize the case and our ability to find Hoc so I probably will not be disclosing much on the website. We will let everyone know when and if Hoc is found.
  • Tommy and Ma flew out yesterday (Thursday).
  • We printed up flyers and posted them throughout the neighborhood today.
